In Work Request, if we get a photo, help the user choose the Asset.
Ex 1: Photo shows a pothole. Asset Type=Street Segments, and try to pick the Asset ID based on latitude and longitude from the picture.
Ex 2: Photo shows a leaking fire hydrant. Asset Type=Hydrant, please choose the Asset ID.
Ex 3: Photo shows a damaged stop sign. Asset Type=Pole and choose the Asset ID.
All Assets have a column Geography which contains GeoJSON.
